The Connection Between ADHD and Co-Dependence -- and Why it Matters
If you have ADHD you are likely to also struggle to feel okay about yourself in some (or all) of your relationships. Shifting between hyperfocus and then into no-focus-at-all can leave you feeling adrift, wondering which people you ignored while you were “in the zone.” And, chances are, your inconsistency drives some people nuts. But if having ADHD causes you to WALLOW in guilt, fear, denial, or anger about how others view you – it’s codependency!
